My Mother, My Hero

We observed my mother's 3rd anniversary by performing "bali" or 'shradham' at the Lemont Hindu temple. She passed away on August 9th 2004 at about 6.00pm IST.

Here is a picture of her recieving "Employee of the year award" from Shri Swayambu, general manager of Heavy Electricals India Limited. The year has to be either 1961 or 62, not sure.
